By using the Discord Ticket Bot service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including server administrators, support staff, and ticket creators.

2. Service Description

The Discord Ticket Bot is a service that provides:

  • Ticket creation and management system
  • Support staff ticket claiming functionality
  • Ticket archiving and history
  • Role-based access control
  • Web dashboard for configuration

3. Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators must:

  • Configure proper admin roles and permissions
  • Set up appropriate ticket categories and channels
  • Manage staff access and permissions
  • Ensure proper archival channel setup
  • Monitor and moderate ticket usage
  • Maintain security of admin credentials

4. Support Staff Responsibilities

Support staff members must:

  • Properly claim tickets before handling them
  • Close tickets when issues are resolved
  • Maintain confidentiality of ticket contents
  • Use the ticket system for its intended purpose
  • Follow server-specific guidelines

5. User Guidelines

Users of the ticket system must:

  • Create tickets only for legitimate purposes
  • Provide accurate information in tickets
  • Not create multiple tickets for the same issue
  • Respect support staff and follow their guidance
  • Close tickets when issues are resolved

6. Service Limitations

Users acknowledge the following limitations:

  • One active ticket per user at a time
  • Message history is archived upon ticket closure
  • Attachments are stored as URLs only
  • Service uptime is subject to Discord's availability
  • Archived tickets cannot be reopened

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating spam or duplicate tickets
  • Harassment or abuse through tickets
  • Unauthorized access to tickets
  • Sharing confidential ticket information
  • Attempting to bypass system limitations
  • Using the service for illegal activities

8. Data Management

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Ticket data is archived upon closure
  • Archived data is retained for administrative purposes
  • Server administrators can access ticket history
  • Data deletion requests are subject to review

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any aspect of the service
  • Update bot functionality and features
  • Change service limitations or restrictions
  • Modify these terms with notice

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Abusive behavior
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • System misuse
